Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StaffUA website (“Website”) or any services provided by StaffUA (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

About StaffUA

StaffUA provides recruitment, vetting, and staffing-related services connecting Ukrainian professionals (“Candidates”) with U.S. clients (“Clients”).

Services

StaffUA assists clients by sourcing, verifying, and placing qualified remote professionals. All payments are made directly to StaffUA. Hired contractors remain independent professionals and are not employees of the client, unless a formal buyout is completed in accordance with the terms of our service agreement.Clients are prohibited from discussing compensation directly with contractors. Any such contact will result in immediate termination of services, along with assessment of the full buyout fee as defined in your signed agreement with StaffUA.

Client Agreement

All aspects of our services, including compensation, replacement guarantees, cancellation rules, and buyout fees, are controlled by the Master Services Agreement you signed when starting with StaffUA.By engaging with us, you commit to following these terms, which include:

  • Recurring monthly invoicing

  • 14-day termination notice

  • Contractor non-solicitation terms

  • Buyout fee of 15% of the contractor’s yearly pay if you choose to employ them directly

Data Collection

We gather customer details (name, email, company, position) via online forms to address questions and streamline onboarding. This information is stored securely and used only for business needs. We never sell or disclose it to outside parties.

Limitation of Liability

StaffUA is not liable for any damages caused by contractors you work with, including revenue loss, business interruption, and indirect harm, or for any delays, miscommunications or performance issues outside of our control. Maximum liability will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under their contract with StaffUA.

Dispute Resolution

Any conflicts must be resolved through arbitration, as outlined in our service agreement. The arbitrator's ruling is conclusive and enforceable. Neither party can modify the contract conditions through the arbitration process.

Changes to Terms

StaffUA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
